    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent order I placed through Uber Eats from your establishment.As a regular customer of Mr. Chips, I scheduled my order to be delivered right when you opened, expecting to receive fresh and delicious food . However, what arrived was anything but fresh. The chips were so stale that I couldn't even bring myself to eat them. It felt as if they had been left over from the day before, despite my specific note requesting fresh chips.This is not the first time I have encountered such issues with the quality of your food. Unfortunately, this consistent lack of attention to detail has led me to question whether I can continue to support Mr. Chips as a loyal customer. It pains me to say that I feel my money has been wasted on a subpar dining experience.I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hopes that you will take steps to rectify the situation and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. As someone who has enjoyed your food in the past, I sincerely hope that improvements can be made to restore my confidence in Mr. Chips.

    Unfortunately the food ended up in the bin. This used to be one of the best in town . The staff are different every time . I ordered a large cod . It was probably the worst cod I've ever tasted . It was stodgy and dry . Normally fresh fish flakes apart but this one was was just cold mush inside . It's clearly been sat around in a freezer for a while then used as of when needed. The batter had a bread crumb texture rather than chrisp finish. It was real stodgy and doey than chrisp. Chips was white and just sat around for a long time and curry sauce was cold . Probably the time I will visit . It's just gone completely down hill over the years .

    friendly staff.Tonight we had x large cod and susagewith large chips. Delisious. I came from across town as we have bought from here before . No skin on the fish either !great. Happy new year !

    I can't say enough for the service we received today from Mort and the team at Mr Chips Langley green. I manage a charity and we provided lunch for over people today. Not only did Mort go beyond by helping me to order when no on duty but also had this ready for collection right at the time they were opening, so going above and beyond. The food is always amazing from here. If you are wanting Fish and Chips, I would recommend Mr Chips, Langley green. Our clients loved the lunch and there was even enough for seconds!!! Thank you to team for making this such an easy and smooth experience for us at CAP Crawley!!
